Recently, Suzhou Meeko New Material Technology Co., Ltd. officially launched a new geometric anti-static and flame-retardant filter material, providing an innovative solution that combines safety and performance for industries such as lithium-ion batteries and die-cutting, which have zero tolerance for metal content in filter media.

Based on the high-performance substrate of TORAY AXTAR, this product adopts the industry's first geometric coating process, endowing the material with excellent anti-static properties. Its surface impedance value can reach 10⁴Ω, effectively eliminating electrostatic hazards and avoiding the risks of dust explosion and process interference. At the same time, through special process treatment, the filter material possesses stable flame-retardant characteristics, capable of self-extinguishing in the event of open flame, significantly enhancing safety redundancy under high dust and high flammability conditions.
